Module neuroglancer/annotation

High level overview of Annotation Module

• The index.ts module in neuroglancer/annotation directory supports common operations for annotations across neuroglancer. Currently neuroglancer supports the below annotations:
  • Cell
  • Point
  • COM (Centre of Mass)
  • Polygon
  • Volume
• The index.ts module supports the below common functionality for all annotations.
  • Convert the annotations to JSON state while exporting to database.
  • Serialize the annotation coordinates to be rendered by WebGL.
  • Includes definitions for datatypes included for all annotations as mentioned above.
  • Includes utility functions which are used by different annotation modules.
