High level overview of Polygon Annotation Module

• The polygon.ts module in neuroglancer/annotation directory supports various operations for rendering polygons. It provides the below functionalities:
  • Render the polygon using WebGL.
  • Scale/rotate the polygon based on the scale/rotate factor value.
  • Clone the polygon to another section based on the offset value set.
  • It also has various utility functions to support the above operations mentioned.
